An Evening of Tarot

Celebrating the life of Pamela Colman Smith in Conjunction with the exhibition RESONANCES OF BEING on the 27th/28th at Trevow Helston

Triptych of Tarot Workshop — 6:00–8:00 pm

A hands-on workshop, creating a personal triptych from 3 drawn Major Arcana cards representing past, present, & future.

Your creation might take the form of: A personal wish altar, a botanical tableau using your favourite plants or trees, even a micro story/poem.

We encourage you to bring your own materials/meaningful objects to make your triptych uniquely yours. A beautiful template will be provided, plus a “lucky dip” pot of images & inspiration.

There will books & visual references to stimulate your imagination. We will provide pens, pencils etc

Willow & Rachel will ask each participant to draw three cards from the Major Arcana from which you will explore the imagery to create whatever narrative inspiration comes from the cards.  

As the workshop draws to an end, there will be an opportunity to talk about what the cards evoked & how in this modern age Tarot can be used as much as psychological pointers as esoteric diviners.

At the end of the evening, you place your creations in the envelope and can take them home for safe keeping.

Themed cocktails will be served throughout the evening.
